Whole House Historic Restoration
Everything in this 100+ yr old house had to be redone including a heavy-up, new AC and heating systems and roof. Scaffolding was used all around the house to repair stucco, masonry and wood trim, as well as to remove and refit most original windows. We replaced the 48 ft long ceramic chimney liner and built a custom chestnut fireplace mantle. It was a labor of love creating many custom built-ins, archways, handcrafted vanities and wall treatments.
