This Washington DC Georgian manor had severely deteriorated over many years. Noel Design Build was selected to bring it new life, multi-zone HVAC, new doors, windows and insulation, and restore ornamental plaster, hardware and features of the Belle Epoque. Exterior bricks were repointed, custom shutters mounted, 5 fireplaces restored, original chandeliers and water fountain restored, and the addition of a new chef’s kitchen, 7 new bathrooms, new patios, exterior lighting, and wiring for cable and internet.
